Class Policies

We want every family to feel informed, comfortable, and excited to play. Here's everything you need to know before your first adventure.

Adventure Passes

Adventure Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Single Adventure pass is for one class and is used at the time of registration.
The 5-Adventure Pass includes 5 Grown-Up & Me adventures, valid for use across one Adventure Series.
Adventure Passes may be used for any available class within the eligible Adventure Series.
Unused class credits do not roll over beyond the Adventure Series included with your pass.
Each participating child must have their own registration or Adventure Pass. Sibling pricing is available — please reach out to inquire.

Make-Up Classes

The 5-Adventure Pass includes 1 complimentary make-up class with at least 24 hours' notice.
Make-up classes are subject to availability and require advance registration.
Make-up classes must be used before your Adventure Series ends — they do not roll over.
The Single Adventure pass does not include a make-up class.

Registration

Registration is required for every class because space is intentionally kept small.
Spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please register in advance to secure your spot — walk-ins cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations & Credits

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before class will receive a class credit returned to your Adventure Pass.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, and no-shows, will forfeit that class credit.
Because mom life happens, we're happy to offer flexibility! Just give us at least 24 hours' notice so another family has the opportunity to enjoy your spot.
If Sincerely Sensory cancels a class due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, families will receive a replacement class credit or a rescheduled class.

In Class

A caregiver must remain with their child throughout the entire class. This is a Grown-Up & Me program.
Please dress your child (and yourself!) for sensory play and possible mess. We want everyone to explore freely.
Please notify Sincerely Sensory of any allergies or accommodations before attending class so we can ensure a safe and welcoming experience for your family.

Photos & Social Media

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during class for use on social media and marketing materials.
Families may opt out of being photographed at any time — simply let Janice know before or during class.
We will never share photos of children without caregiver consent.
